Cookie Policy
Last updated: 6 June 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Waysa Systems (“Waysa”, “we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on our website and within the Waysa platform.
Waysa uses only strictly necessary cookies. We do not use advertising cookies. We do not use third-party tracking cookies. We do not sell or share cookie data with marketing networks.
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file stored on your device by your browser when you visit a website. Cookies let a site remember information about your visit — for example, whether you are signed in. Similar technologies (such as localStorage) work in comparable ways and are covered by this policy where we use them.
2. The cookies we use
All of the cookies and storage items below are strictly necessary for the Service to function. Under the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), strictly necessary cookies do not require consent.
Authentication (set by Supabase)
sb-<project>-auth-token— keeps you signed in to the Waysa workspace. Without it you would have to re-authenticate on every request. Lifetime: session and refresh tokens, typically up to 7 days.sb-<project>-auth-token-code-verifier— used during sign-in and password-reset flows to verify the authentication code. Lifetime: minutes; cleared immediately after sign-in.
Preferences
waysa-cookie-notice-dismissed— stored in your browser’slocalStorageso we don’t keep showing you the cookie notice once you’ve dismissed it. Lifetime: until you clear your browser storage.
3. What we do not use
- No advertising or marketing cookies
- No third-party analytics cookies (Google Analytics, etc.)
- No cross-site tracking pixels
- No social-media sharing cookies
4. Managing cookies
You can clear or block cookies through your browser settings. Because the cookies we use are strictly necessary to sign in to the Waysa platform, blocking them will prevent the platform from working as intended. Public marketing pages will continue to be accessible.
5. Changes to this policy
If we add any new cookies — for example, privacy-friendly analytics — we will update this page and, where appropriate, ask for your consent before they are set.
6. Contact
Questions about cookies can be sent to waysasystems@gmail.com. For more on how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Policy.
